At Mexorr, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines how you can return items and receive refunds in accordance with Irish Consumer Law and Google Merchant Centre standards.

  1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

Condition: Unused, unworn, and undamaged Packaging: Returned in original packaging with all tags attached Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Email support@mexorr.com with subject line "RETURN"

Step 2: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason

Step 3: We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

Step 4: Pack the item securely in original packaging

Step 5: Send it back using a trackable shipping method

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item: Mexorr covers all return shipping costs — free to you Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs Restocking Fee: €0

  1. DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

Damaged on Arrival: Email us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund Wrong Item: Contact us immediately — we will arrange free collection and send the correct item Not Delivered: Contact us within 7 days — we will offer a replacement or full refund

  1. REFUND PROCESS & TIMEFRAME

Inspection: Within 2–3 business days of receiving your return Processing: Approved refunds processed within 7 business days Payment

 

  1. CANCELLATIONS

Cancel within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing support@mexorr.com with subject line "CANCEL" and your order number.

  1. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personal care items Intimate apparel or underwear Perishable goods

  1. REFUSED DELIVERIES

Please do not refuse a delivery. Always accept and follow our return process.
