Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and dispatched by our international fulfilment partners, ensuring your luxury bedding reaches you safely and efficiently.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling Time: 1–3 business days

Transit Time: 3–5 business days

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Please note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Ireland. The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Union Pay, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@mexorr.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the return address and full instructions within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at +353899436303 as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it — however, you may return it once it arrives in line with our returns policy.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time from the 'Track Order' link in our main navigation.
